Is Palm Place a Lilly Pulitzer store?

Palm Place is a Lilly Pulitzer Signature Store. We are a privately-owned store that proudly carries Lilly Pulitzer and other resort-inspired brands.

What is your return policy?

Full price merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within two weeks. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued. Items must be in original condition with all tags intact. We are unable to accept returns on swimwear or sale items. Palm Place merchandise cannot be returned to Lilly Pulitzer corporate stores and vice versa. We do accept online returns from Please inquire in-store or over the phone for assistance with online returns.

Are additional styles and sizes available?

Yes! We have two store locations, so there is a good chance we may have the item you are looking for at our other location. We will gladly hold or transfer items from the other location. We are also happy to special order items from our wholesale channel. Please inquire in store or call (732)-223-1655 to place your order. We ask that you are fairly confident about your size when placing a special order.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards, and checks. We offer Palm Place gift certificates that can be used at either location and never expire. We can redeem Lilly Pulitzer corporate gift cards, but do not issue them.

Do you ever run promotions?

We have two major sales every year, in line with Lilly Pulitzer corporate timelines. We also offer many gifts with purchase throughout the year. Subscribe to our email list for the latest updates.

Do you ship to other locations?

Yes! We can take phone orders and ship to any location in the United States for an additional shipping fee. Please call us at (732) 223-1655 to place your order.

Where are you located?

Our Manasquan store is located at 161 Main St. and is open all year. Our Bay Head store is located at 520 Main Ave. and is open from May-September.

What COVID procedures are you taking?

We hope to provide a sunny and safe shopping environment for all customers during this time. This means frequent cleaning of our fitting rooms and register area. All Associates and guests are required to wear masks. We are limiting capacity to 10 guests at a time to facilitate social distancing.
